Excellence in the Arts.

We desire for our students to develop their skills in the fine arts. Consistent progress in the areas of speech, music, and art enables them to use their talents to serve God in their local church.

Senior High

Drama

Our speech program has a reputation for excellence. Students perform in various competitions, while also developing their skills through class presentations, projects, and speeches. Each year they also have the opportunity to participate in a dramatic production.

Elementary

Band

Our fifth and sixth grade band curriculum focuses on music reading. These developing musicians are encouraged to perform to the best of their ability, compete for chair positions, opportunities to perform at concerts, and in the annual fine arts competition. We also offer private and small-group lessons.

Junior High and Senior High

Band

Our program is divided into two groups with the goal of training students for future ministry. All of our band participants compete in fine arts festivals and a local band festival with students from surrounding Christian schools.

Junior High and Senior High

Choir

Students are taught the fundamentals of singing in our choral program. Concerts and competitions held in the fall and the spring aid in the learning process.

Elementary

Music

Weekly music classes are required for all elementary students to learn the basics of music. The building blocks of music are taught to every student. Emphasis is placed on proper singing technique and each student participates in at least one concert per year.

Elementary & Secondary

Handbells

Available to students at all levels, these classes teach basic handbell techniques such as proper ringing, malleting, and plunking. Teamwork and diligence are the most important qualities a handbell choir can possess.

High School

Led by Jim Potter, our speech program has reputation for excellence. Students perform in various competitions, while also developing their skills through class presentations, projects, and speeches. Each year they also have the opportunity to participate in a full-scale production under Mr. Potter’s direction.
